    Yes. Every repair begins with an evaluation and estimate before work is authorized.

  • How long do repairs take?

    Turnaround time varies depending on the repair. Simple repairs may be completed quickly, I.e a few days, while more extensive restorations may require additional time. Inquire with us about rush sizing for engagement rings directly. 

  • Can you replace missing diamonds or gemstones?

    Yes. We can source and replace many types of diamonds and gemstones to match your piece whenever possible. Whether natural or lab, we have it or can source it.

  • Is my jewelry worth repairing?

    Many sentimental, heirloom, and fine jewelry pieces can be repaired or restored even when they appear severely damaged. During your consultation, we'll evaluate your piece and discuss the available options so you can make an informed decision.

  • Do I need an appointment?

    No. You're welcome to stop by our showroom for an evaluation and estimate at your convenience. If you'd prefer dedicated time with one of our jewelers, you're also welcome to schedule an appointment.
